2015 Rosé |
This Rosé is made using a technique known as saignée (French: to bleed) which involves the “bleeding off” of pre-fermentation juice from the skins of red grape varieties. It has a glistening bright medium ruby color with beautiful early summer fruit aromatics echoed by flavors of strawberry, Jolly Rancher watermelon, and pomegranate. The palate is light to medium in weight with moderate crispness making it a perfect wine for salmon and summer salads. ~Chuck Reininger, Winemaker
