An underlying layer of loganberry followed by plum, black currant and cassis interwoven with vanilla, coconut and a hint of cedar. Let it breathe for an hour or so and enjoy the dark cherry nose that develops. The big fruit, big acid and moderate oak allow this wine to be a well-balanced and hearty food-appropriate wine.
