2004 Aspersa

Label of 2004 Helix Aspersa, Columbia Valley
Wonderful floral aromatics of orchard blossoms and honeysuckle swirl among tropical fruit. The mouthfeel is as if wrapped in a single blanket atop satin sheets on a cool summer night, a perfect touch of glycerol viscosity with just enough acid to keep things lively. mango, pear, banana with a caress of spice are topped with a drizzle of butterscotch glaze. ~Chuck Reininger, Winemaker
